If you are going to purchase a high speed door, you want it to seal well. This door provides a double seal of protection on all doors. Along the side columns and above the head, there is a track system that seals the gaps that can cause serious air leakage.

The UltraCool UltraSmart control box comes standard with an integrated rotary disconnect.

With the exclusive self-repairing BacFlap Auto-Reset System, door repair is automatic. After a door is impacted, the driver simply follows the directions on the screen, pushes a button and the door repairs itself.

This door provides its exclusive patent pending BacLight Safety System on most doors. The BacLight system offers a full curtain of protection up to approximately seven feet high on both sides of the door. As a result, loads cannot go below or through the beams without being detected. Once an object is detected, the door automatically retracts.

Almost all high speed doors can be supplied with our unique BacOut Safety System. When a power outage takes place, people want to get out of the building. In the event of an emergency, they want to get out fast.

The exclusive BacOut Safety System is automatic. Simply pull the brake release and the door will begin to open, allowing egress to occur easily and efficiently. No manual cranks or climbing ladders to open a door without power. Simply pull the brake release and you are able to get out.

All of the high speed doors come with an optional fully padded bottom bar. The soft bottom bar greatly reduces the risk of injuries often associated with aluminum extrusions.
